Ready Prep Birth - Antenatal, Hypnobirthing and Postnatal Classes Berkhamsted
My husband and I recently completed the Ultimate Birth Course with Emma and could not recommend it enough! I came in to the experience not knowing what to expect with lots of questions and concerns about birth and the whole process, but have come out of it feeling prepared, calm and excited for our journey ahead ☺️ and Emma was a delight throughout; so friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend hypnobirthing for anyone with any nervousness or questions around birth or anyone just wanting to gain some knowledge and ensure their birth experience is as positive as possible!

Me and my wife had a 121 session with Emma.We didn’t know what to expect from the course but we both found it very informative and were impressed by how knowledgeable she was with everything.She made us feel comfortable and the course was interactive.I feel a lot more informed on what my role as a birth partner entails and I would highly recommend Emma and this course to anyone wanting to prepare for birth.

Myself and my husband really enjoyed TMBG 4 week course. Emma delivered the course to us and she was fantastic! She was so positive, reassuring, non judgemental and really helped to change my mindset on so many things. I've raved about it to so many of my clients. I also love that I now have so many useful tools to help prepare me for the coming weeks & labour, however that may turn out. From my husbands perspective I think its helped him to feel so much more involved and its helped equip him for what is to come. Thank you Emma! Kristy & Mike x

We attended one of Emma’s workshops & enjoyed it so much we booked a 1-2-1 session. Emma has been lovely & really accommodating. I feel so much more confident about my 1st baby. My boyfriend, who thought it might be all a bit weird, now feels confident supporting me, is talking about oxytocin, being assertive about our birth options & really liked Emma’s whole approach.

Would strongly recommend Emma to anyone who is pregnant!Me and my Husband had a 1-2-1 mindful birthing course at home.We weren’t sure what to expect from this course but it was very informative, No question went unanswered and helped me understand how to advocate for myself and make informed decisions.I feel a lot more confident about labour and birth, and my husband knows how best to support me when the time comes!

I cannot thank Emma enough for the amazing Hypnobirthing course she took us through this month. It’s overwhelming expecting your first baby and being very anxious, she took us through every element preparing and tailoring to us, explaining the pro’s and con’s of every scenario that may happen. I feel so prepared now and Emma has been such an amazing support, would really recommend :) Emma you are incredible!

Would totally recommend this course - we learned so much about birth options and preparation, that we didn’t even know we needed to know. I’m so glad to be going into birth feeling informed and confident about it all. Emma was a great teacher, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and the small group setting was really nice and meant plenty of time for questions and discussions.

Highly recommend the four week course. The content was exactly what we were looking for and we are now feeling much better prepared. As a birth partner it was great to learn more about the things I can do to help and also to get a better understanding of the biology and psychology at play before, during, and after labour.Emma was fantastic - providing really interesting sessions in a calming environment, and she patiently answered all of our questions, even if it meant running on. There was a good mix of slides, videos, discussions, and practical exercises along with handy take-homes such as a course book and goody bag!Thank you Emma!
