Had a minor issue, with low water pressure around the house. James came out and diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained the solution. Very happy with the service, great communication from the start, highly recommend him, and will definitely engage with him for any future work.

James did an amazing job, he went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed to the highest standard. It was a tricky job but he had a lot of patience explaining all the options to me and finding the best solution.To top it off he is just a really nice guy, easy to chat with and very professional. Would highly recommend!!

James was very responsive when we contacted him with an emergency. He communicated with us very well to let us know when he could arrive and was there on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and solved the issue. James was extremely clean and tidy in his work and very friendly as well. We will certainly be using James again and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

We have had James at our home on 2 occasions now; once for a complete radiator valve upgrade on the house, a full service on our bolier with a few leaks sorted and then to fit two outside taps and reconnect pipes after removing a sink. We are very happy with the service and price received on both occasions. I could not recommend him enough very clean and tidy also.

James was very professional and was able to fix a leaking sink and broken kitchen tap within a matter of minutes! This problem needed fixed for months and I am so happy we gave James a call. He was able to fix our tap (I thought I needed to buy a new one!) and his rates are extremely competitive. I would not hesitate to use his services again. Thank you James.

Called James on Wednesday for a minor issue but nonetheless one needing sorted. From first contact the communication was excellent and he was out with me Friday afternoon as agreed (called ahead to confirm he was on the way). Did the job quickly, efficiently and well providing sound advice and very reasonable cost for the callout. Went above & beyond to make it a clean tidy job and can’t count how many times he wiped his feet! No hesitation in recommending James to anyone and will definitely engage him for future work.
