Geoff was amazingly helpful to my wife on the phone today. She had spent ages trying to find a local engineer who could help us with our phone issues in our business but after leaving many messages & sending many emails, still no success. Although we are a long way from his area, Geoff was very knowledgeable and passed on a reliable local contact to us straight away. He even took the trouble to phone later and make sure all was sorted for us. Exceptional service.

After 3 visits from Openreach engineers over several months failed to resolve a crackle on my landline, I contacted Geoff who advised me who to contact at Openreach directly (rather than through my internet provider). Result! The 4th engineer fixed the problem. Geoff's advice was free of charge, free of jargon and delivered in seconds, and I am so grateful.

I messaged Geoff Saturday evening regarding an internet issue and got a reply instantly where he gave me grahams number as he was currently on holiday. I contacted Graham and he was extremely helpful and professional and helped me resolve the issues within minutes and saved lots of money with BT. Quite simply brilliant service & excellent work. I had a lot of small and random pieces of work to do and Geoff managed to do them effortlessly and in 1/2 a day I have my outside office networked & the main sockets and sky cabling moved to a new space in the house. Didn't need to do a survey; he turned up, listened to what we needed and just got on and got it done. Would recommend 100%
