AHM Installations

After checking out a number of installers, we decided to use AHM Installations to remove our bath and install a walk-in shower. From the initial survey to the installation, everything was dealt with in a totally professional manner.Steve the fitter was very concientious and overcame a couple of issues that required him to find alternative fitting solutions.This he did very successfully and we are delighted with the finished product.Based on the service we received, we would not hesitate inrecommending this company.

Due to our age related decreasing mobility we chose AHM to remove our bath & fit a walk in shower at our house.I can honestly say, we couldn’t have chosen a better company for the job. From the initial visit by the surveyor, the price we were quoted, followed by the installation done by a fitter who went that “extra mile” to surmount a few problems which occurred, we are very impressed and delighted with the end product.Our only complaint is that a problem in our bathroom which should have been picked up by the technical surveyor ended up with an extra charge of £250, and a change from our selected fittings, plus more timeto do the job. This meant that the fixed price quote with no hidden costs went out of the window!That said....... I can’t speak too highly of AHM who I felt were a very caring company and the installerwho did the work and always left our home very clean & tidy.I would, without hesitation, recommend this company to anyone.

We had a walk in shower fitted which only took a day and half from start to finish. Very pleasant fitters who were clean and tidy workers. Rubbish removed in 2 days. Excellent service provided by AHM including the rep.

Excellent work, no disruptions, Andy was charming and did one or two little jobs for me such as carrying things upstairs. He was punctual and left everything neat and tidy when he finished. Sorry, no photos as I don't have a mobile phone!

My father had his bathroom converted into a wet room. The dedication and work ethics of the fitters were excellent. Always arrived on time and cleaned up after each day, explained daily what they were doing. My father was very fragile at the time as his wife had recently passed away and the compassion that was given by Alan and his team of workers was second to none. The finished wet room was absolutely fantastic and we would highly recommend this company.

AHM installed 2 wet rooms in our very awkwardly laid out property, A small wet room in our tiny cloakroom & a further larger one in the bathroom. The workmanship & materials are of excellent quality. The operatives were punctual, courteous and industrious, finishing both jobs before time. We are delighted with both rooms.

Customer service was really good when our basin was not as white as expected. A new one was fitted which was acceptable. Whole fitting service was really good and only took 5 days as we left Adrian, the fitter, to let himself in and out of our home while we went away.
