The Royale Dosa
Me and my husband have been waiting for this moment for a long time. Finally, somewhere close to home where we can have a traditional Masala Dosa! We have travelled very far to eat food like this in the past. I have to say we were very impressed with our food tonight. Masala Dosa and Mysore Dosa were both very very flavoursome, the Sambhar was also very tasty. We also had chilli paneer and Murgh Tikka as our starters, both cooked with a lovely balance of flavours and charred to perfection. I would also just like to mention that the staff were very friendly and made our experience a good one. Keep it up, we can’t wait to visit again. We will be telling all of our friends and family to visit as soon as possible!

I now have a favourite dosa place. I am local to Sutton Coldfield and have had to travel to soho road for good Indian food. Well, no more! The masala dosa was so yummy and crisp and service was brilliant. Selva was lovely and made sure I had a table quickly despite the restaurant being very busy. I definitely recommend!

I was really excited when I heard a new masala dosa restaurant had opened in Sutton Coldfield. We were even more excited when we found out Chef Murray was the new co-owner of The Royale Dosa. We previously met Chef Murray at Delhi 6 in Streetly where he was head chef for several years. We ordered a selection of starters to try more of the menu. It was Ricky's first time trying a masala dosa and he was happy with his choice!!What we ordered with ticks next to our favourite dishes:• Gobi 65• Lamb Roll ✅• Amritsari Fish• Masala Dosa ✅• Butter Chicken ✅• Ice CreamOh we also had a really nice masala tea ☕☕☕☕We can't wait to go back and try other dishes. Especially now we know they are Chef Murray's creations!!!

Second time we visited today. We were looking for a South Indian restaurant in Sutton Coldfield for more than two years. This is the first one, where they serve pure South Indian cuisine.Last time, we ordered Chicken 65, Chicken lollipop, Amritsari fish, Chicken kothu, and Dosa.We loved all the dishes.Today, I ordered chicken biriyani and Tandoori chicken apart from the above dishes.The taste was awesome, and I recommend anyone in the Sutton Coldfield area looking for tasty South Indian dishes.The ambience is good, and around 50 can dine at a time.Parking can be dine at the backside of the restaurant.Toilets were clean and maintained well.

I just want to start off by saying this is a particularly great place if you are vegetarian or vegan because of the variety of options. Although the meat options looked equally great!This was by far one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The food was absolutely delicious, the flavours were unique and authentic, we will definitely eat here again.Besides the food, I wanted to place special emphasis on the high quality of service we received from the staff. They gave us great recommendations and were attentive and friendly. I can’t compliment them enough!
