Aneesa was amazing. I’ve had very dry hands for years and nothing seemed to fix it. That was until today, when Aneesa walked me through a routine for my hands. They have never felt softer. She is a credit to your team!

The products are great as always is the case with Rituals however in terms of due diligence to the customer the Reading store left things to be desired - I bought products worth 44.80 and was 20p short of gift offer requiring a £45 spend - so I bought another product and was given a Rituals scrub experience. Came back home and opened the box to find that I had been given a half used Tester in the box. Could have been an honest mistake but very disappointing in terms of customer service.

I visted today and had excellent service from Romol, he was attentive and provided detailed advice on the products for my skin, along with offering free samples to try at home. Will definitely be returning!

I was totally WOWED by this new store. The Tree is spectacular along with the amazing range of products. I had the pleasure of meeting Fatima. What a lovely young lady. Very Knowledgeable, polite, fun and a credit to your company. I think I might work here one day. X

Actually this is a new shop. As this is one of the best brand I like I love this shop. Rituals was not in Reading earlier and nice that it has come in. I found this product is really one of the best. I visited the shop and I could see every single collections. Mainly for the scrub products, to try the tester they have designed with tap and washing hands very well maintained. Amazing setup and beautifully decorated and designed. The tree setup inside the shop is amazing !!!
