Delighted to speak to an efficient person when I made my call. No recorded spiel about services, method of payment etc etc.There was no pressure to buy, she reserved my details in case l wanted to order. Delivery was within two days. I received a call confirming and also the driver called me minutes before delivery. Darren the delivery man was careful, quick, and cheerful . Thank you.

Have been a Browns of Burwell customer for many years. They have provided an excellent service for all those years. Reliable, with fair prices. Highly recommended. Willie who delivered our last fill up was pleasant and helpful.

This wasn't our first time, of using Browns of Burwell. Was expecting to wait longer under the circumstances, but arrived sooner. You could see the driver thoroughly enjoyed his job. Very good service. Will definitely use again.

I have used browns since I have had oil heating, they are always polite, courteous, and helpful. The drivers are always cheerful, and nothing is too much trouble if I havnt made a clear run for the hose. I always have and will recommend browns. Keep up the good work. Also, forgot to mention my delivery man today was willie, who along with all the other drivers was cheery, (especially in these hard times )

Friendly, efficient, prompt service. The delivery driver went the extra mile to find my house, as I had forgotten to leave he house name visible for him. And an unexpected but very welcome box of chocolates on my doorstep! Will definitely use again

As working people we are never around when Brown's deliver. It is always reassuring to know that David (tanker driver) knows how to access our tank and never leaves any sign that he has delivered the oil (apart from the bill through the letter box!!). From ordering (via pleasant office staff) to delivery - many thanks for your service.

I have purchased my heating oil from Browns of Burrell since 2007, it’s easy to order and the staff are all very helpful. When I ordered the oil that was delivered today I was asked if I had any other quotes, I did, and Browns almost price matched it. The driver today was very courteous and left my garden in the same state that it was when he arrived, he left me the statement showing me all about my order, he was very polite and seemed genuinely interest in what he was doing. Browns are not always the cheapest but the ease of ordering and the staff’s attitudes go a long way in my mind and I tend to stick to a company that excels in its customer service which Browns do. Overall, very impressed with the service received from Browns and I shall continue ordering from them.

Always very friendly prompt efficient service, our usual driver Willie always has time for a quick friendly chat and is as tidy as you would want. We worked it out today and recon Willie has been delivering here for nearly 30 years. Thank you for the quality you bring to our street, the grandchildren will enjoy them.

I’ve used Browns of Burwell for a while now and they’ve always provided a fantastic service. When I ran completely out of oil they were able to deliver me some super quick. The drivers and staff are always really friendly and accommodating and their prices are very competitive. Willie was the driver on my last delivery and he did a great job. I was nearly out of oil, but very pleased with Browns Of Burwell they came to my rescue with a delivery today 09/04/20. Darren was the driver, didn't think I would get such fast efficient service with everyone struggling with this virus. Very pleased with the service Thank you all.
