I am saddened at the communication skills or lack of between this solicitors and my own. 20 days to reply to an email. ( By the time they responded there were 3 emails).A snail could do this quicker. And to not respond to the content of the email either. Refusing to communicate or respond with my solicitor on the phone. Making a house sale an absolute nightmare and causing totally unwarrented stress for all parties involved. I thought better of them. I am well aware I am not a client as in your reply. No where did I say I was. Could you tell me which part of this is not factual please.

Pat who I initially dealt with was absolutely fantastic and really helpful. Unfortunately Emma who I communicated with subsequently on a different issue really was not and showed no interest in wanting to assist in the issue I had. Emma's communication was nearly as poor as the quality of her handwriting... Would be a 1* rating had it not been for Pat who really does deserve 5*'s.

When we first approached them the initial first consultation went well and we were encouraged by our experience. We were a little concerned with the lack of attention to detail in comms after that but went with it as we still trusted them.However after the initial letters had been issued (after a number of emails from us to correct correspondence) we felt we spent a lot of unnecessary time chasing them for updates once deadlines had been and gone and we had heard nothing. We got the feeling we were an now an afterthought and when we finally informed them that we no longer required their services (due to how we felt at that point) I then had to send another email asking them to at least acknowledge that email! Which they did and then invoiced us. In our opinion the only things that did receive due attention by them were the invoices to us. No delay there.We will not be using this firm's services in future.
