Two words: excellent communication.Vasyl and his team replaced my flooring which was damaged by escape of water. They were the only company out of at least 5 others I contacted who were serious about the job and went the extra mile to find the perfect match for the wood flooring.They updated me every step of the way, no jargon, provided a detailed breakdown of materials, cost, and labour prices (even providing links to the items on their own initiative). The team did an extremely thorough job at a competitive price, keeping to the time schedule. No mess left after as they cleaned up very well.Had to claim insurance which was no issue at all as the invoicing and explanations are extremely thorough. I was so satisfied with the work, I recommended them to my friends and family, who had only positive things to say about the work done.Very grateful I've finally found a reliable local builder and do-it-all company after being messed around by various builders and repair companies for the past 2 years.

Vasyl and his team are very professional and friendly. He was recommended to me by my cousin who received several quotes but his was the most reasonable and thorough. His work on my loft and insulation was done to a very good standard well within the time he allotted, with a full break down of costs etc. He has since helped my mum replace her deck and I will continue to recommend and use their services. We had Vasyl's team Mirek and son come and repair our parquet flooring which got damaged by a burst water main. The overall result is excellent and we are extremely happy with the finish. We had been told by numerous floor specialist companies" this was an extremely hard task to do

I had to repair and replaster the ceiling of a bedroom and replace a leaking boxed toilet cistern in a bathroom, including partial retiling of the boxing.The work was performed well, reasonably quickly and at a good price.So I can definitely recommend this builder.

We had a very manky bathroom that we decided to refurbish, and London Builders Town did an incredible job. Piotr and Bogdan were very thorough and professional, and although it took a couple of days longer than planned, the final result is amazing. It genuinely looks like a different room. We would definitely use these guys again!

Vasyl and his team did an excellent job of installing a new parquet floor throughout the entire downstairs of our house. They worked quickly, with huge efficiency and attention to detail, kept everything incredibly clean, solved the various problems which cropped up with our Victorian house, and the end result is fantastic. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I had my central London flat completely refurbished by them in three stages. Each time the quotes were very competitive, and the workmen very professional. The same people come everyday which makes it easy to make progress without having to reexplain all the time. They are doing everything so that you are happy with the end result and finish on budget unless obvious unforeseen issue. Vasyl who runs the company is very responsive and helpful. Will definitely use again if a start a new project.
