The staff need some serious customer service training at this branch of the chain. The food was anything but quality and the whole experience left us completely underwhelmed and we will not be returning. No wonder it was completely empty on a Saturday night!

This has become a new favourite date spot for my wife and I. Chelsea has served us the last few times we’ve been and she’s a gem, really lovely customer service. The atmosphere is also great, it’s always a pleasure visiting.

Thanks sapphire for an amazing evening, and the rest of the staff. Went above and beyond expectations for our anniversary. We come here a lot so means a lot to us. asked to sit upstairs and was granted the whole upstairs to ourselves and she even put out candles in the shape of a heart. Food and service 10/10

We headed to pizza express to try out some of their Christmas food. The pizza was delicious I would recommend trying them! The service was brilliant, our server Chelsea was lovely! X

I had booked a table online a few hours earlier on the day and the restaurant did not want to honour this booking originally as they had not printed it off. Pizza Express need to sync its website in line with the restaurants bookings. Although I waited a few minutes and was able to be squeezed in. Food was good as ever. Waiting staff do need more training on how to process eGifts correctly however as I had to wait a while to get this sorted.

Small and cozy compared to the larger Rushden Lakes. Food is at the high standard that Pizza Express retains well. Staff were friendly and attentive. They have a heritage menu which is nice - but not always available. Brilliant decor, and food came out fast. Easy to park within 50 metres walk, around £2.40 for 2 hours from what I remember, unless you park in town centre car park.

Food is always just mediocre. I find the children's meals come out boiling hot, and adult meals are just luke warm. Every time I go to pizza express, to any branch, the wait staff really don't appreciate children and my kids are well behaved. The food portions are quite small for kids, not worth the money. Every time I go with a love 2 shop" voucher it takes over half an hour for my bill to get paid. If the staff aren't trained as to how to use vouchers then pizza express should stop teaming up with voucher companies

Fantastic visits this week with the kids and my dad, and they couldn't have been more helpful. My son has allergies and they were fantastic. Felt so bad for the waiter running up and down the stairs, but a faultless friendly service from him despite the steps!
