Another key cutter tried 3 times to copy my key and none of them worked. I took it to Ardleigh Green and they were cut carefully and worked first time.

After visiting 4 local locksmiths with an unusual warehouse door key that nobody could help me with (or could be bothered with), the lovely man at Ardleigh Green Shoe Repairs made it his mission to find the key, order it in, do a test key and then helped me to achieve getting 3 keys cut that all work really well on the first attempt.Rarely do you get such excellent Customer Service from a small business. Reached out to Ardleigh Green Shoe Repairs with (what I imagine is) quite an unusual request to recover the back of some old heeled boots. The leather had perished after sitting in the cupboard for many years. The guy in the shop is absolutely lovely (forgive me I've forgotten his name!), he was very helpful and friendly, and gave me a reasonable price for what I'm sure was a fair amount of work. He also changed the heels for me as they'd become worn.Highly recommend.

I needed to get a metal zipper replaced on a backpack, the gentleman did a fine job & was very friendly. Great service overall.

I initially went to Timpsons for a quote to get some zips replacedfor my beloved boots that I refuse to part with - they quoted me a price that I thought was on a high side plus the fact that the boots would have be sent away for weeks on end. They suggested that I contact Parn (apologies for the spelling!) and I was so pleased. Parn's quote was slightly cheaper and the best thing - I dropped my boots on a Thursday, received a quote by Friday and the books were ready the following week! Super nice man and superb service. You don't get service like this much these days. Highly recommended!
