Just picked up my second bike from the team at BMW Motorrad. I have to say their level of service is as high this time round as it was several years ago. Thanks especially to Steve, Will, Mark and Selina for their exceptional service and for making the purchase, handover and service booking first class. Upgraded from the R1200RS to the R1250RS and my word...what a bike!! Only done 41 miles but know I'm going to love it. Thanks again team Vertu BMW!

Bought a bike from here just recently, the whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Everything was completely transparent from the start including part ex and all of the options available.Throughout there was no pressure to buy nor any pressure to move towards a specific bike or any finance options. I was given the space and time to choose which one I wanted, and how I wanted to pay for itThe gentleman who sold me the bike was Stephen, who was friendly and knowledgeable throughout. He was patient whilst I struggled to choose between the two bikes I had in mind.I've now taken the bike for a few rides, and it is just phenomenal.All-in-all, it was a top tier buying experience, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy their next bike.

My BMW s1000xr has just received work within the service department. The Service staff crew were super efficient, friendly and professional. The Service Manager maintained timely communication, and was extremely understanding regarding the weather/riding conditions! Great job! Thanx

He was professional throughout, very informative, and explained everything that I needed to know and kept me updated every step of the way. I only popped in for a look as I was looking for an all rounder bike. Next thing I know I was signing on the dotted line. Picked up the bike a week later. I had a superb experience buying from BMW Motorrad Sunderland!I was in the market for a big tourer and took my wife to have a look around. I was dressed in my scruffs (always am on my days off) so it was great to be taken seriously and be made so welcome.Glen Maddock from sales was super friendly and helpful from start to finish. We had an initial chat about the bike and he showed me all the features. I then took it out for a test ride the following weekend and confirmed the purchase.Glen took the time to go through all the paperwork, send me useful information and answer the phone when I had questions. Great bloke, great team, great bike and great service.If you're like me and never seriously considered a BMW just go for a look around, see what there is and take something out for a run.Very happy customer.

Great service went to look at a bike seen advertised just for eyes on. Not on display asked Jonathan Wheatley if he could assist in locating bike, which he promptly did taking me to there hidden treasure cave full of used bikes. On locating bike gave me a very in depth history and look round bike which was immaculate however still Jonathon everything to be perfect before I purchased.
