Can I ask the owners of this apartment to call us urgently, my other half has just informed me that we have still not received our security deposit back from 5 months ago. This is absolutely ridiculous considering you cancelled our booking 1hr prior to check in by EMAIL after we were into a 4hr journey. TRANSFER THIS MONEY TOMORROW!!!!!!
