Parking up for the night, rudely told that I can’t pay in services I have to go to the garage to pay and walk back up again just so I can use the facilities which Iv been told doesn’t work so when I go garage there the staff are arguing over the payment procedure and booking me in to then walk out to one of the staffs family member blasting music parked right outside the door and both arguing over food and money owed.

Clean service area, WHSMITH, Starbucks, WHSmith, Burger King, EV charging point, BP forecourt. HGV and car parking route well-marked, exit route well signposted.

Only stopped for fuel as the price was right.Bought a few bottles of water from the garage, friendly and helpful staff.No complaints, all good.
