Regatta At Springtime

I don’t normally write reviews but because the others had such bad experiences, I just wanted to add my 2 because they were the total opposite. I ordered a gazebo at the end of last summer which was delivered free of charge within a week, I was at work, but they left it exactly where I asked them to. We didn’t put it up until this year, but I was assured that if any parts were missing when we assembled it, they would be supplied, however everything was there and it looks beautiful. I went back in April this year and bought a 5 piece Kensington RattanSet to go under it, I couldn’t get delivery anywhere within a week, as I needed it for a special event, but they guaranteed it, and again a week later, free of charge, my delivery arrived and was placed exactly where I asked it to be left. I have only had 2 experiences with this shop in Crews Hill and they were first class, absolutely no problems at all. I’m also going back for more furniture shortly!

Huge showroom. Lots of furniture on show but we have had a real problem actually getting the furniture. Tried 3 years on the trot and it's always on put on order. Even held our deposit for nine months still not come into stock. Gave up and purchased elsewhere. Real shame

Went into this store today. Saw the garden suit we wanted, it was in the sale. Light covered cushions. The Female owner offered to look up prices for a new suit with dark coloured cushions, she said they could definately arrange a new suit in dark colours. My husband and I said we were going to look round Crews hill and probably return to buy the suit. The female owner looked disgruntled as we left her store . On returning to the store we approached the female owner and asked to purchase the said suit .A new one as discussed. We were met with a very sharp NO WE CANT DO THAT" . It was obvious the Owner didnt like the fact we walked away from the store and browse other stores in Crews Hill. She went back in her agreement just because she was cheesed off we walked away from the store to browse elsewhere . How unprofessional. We were quite happy to order a new suit and parasol and maybe buy more furniture. We won't be doing so now. We have now ordered a very nice patio suit elsewhere.I wouldn't recommend this store at all . Very unprofessional behaviour.It doesnt surprise me their 2 reviews are extremely poor . I think we dodged a bullet !!!!"

Patio furniture good when it arrives but Jeez, how long does it take?Originally quoted 4 to 6 weeks delivery which was fine. Delivery didn’t actually happen until week 9, and even then it was only half of the order. Nobody bothered to let us know it wasn’t complete and after many strong phone calls with repeated promises for a Director to call me back (which NEVER HAPPENED) we were informed delivery would not be complete until end of June - this was 14 weeks after the order.Despite being repeatedly told a Director would call to discuss compensation this also never happened. I don’t usually like to buy online without trying local sources first but saw this company at a show and like what I saw. Unfortunately this was a big mistake; they cannot deliver on time, their customer service is atrocious and they treat their customers like dirt.I, for one, will NEVER recommend this arrogant company when there are so many more deserving businesses out there who do their utmost to help when things don’t happen as promised. Regatta are a bunch of charlatans - avoid at ALL COSTS unless you enjoy being fobbed off!

Poor customer service, lack of technical advice /untrained

Lovely staff, so friendly and helpful. Bought a reclining bistro set and stools, delivered today . They brought it down the side of the house to the garden, nicest delivery people ever!
