It was such a pleasure to work with Joe and his team. We really enjoyed the whole process, from choosing the new bespoke doors and windows for our old property, until they were installed. Joe patiently gave us very good guidance, and the team installed the doors and windows very professionally, leaving the place neat and tidy. The quality of the material and work is excellent.

Very good experience with this small but very professional company. Joe and his team were a delight to work with throughout. The proposal was well laid out, the price was fair, the agreed timelines met, and the workmanship in the build and fit was really good. Attention to detail and care taken to deliver a clean and tidy implementation. It was a single window but it took some thought and care as it is a listed building. I am genuinely pleased with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to use Joe and his team again.

After a long drawn out saga trying to have our Victorian sash windows replaced, we were eventually fortunate enough to get Joe and his team to do ours. The job was done very professionally to a high standard which was important in order to retain the buildings original state. An unforeseen job due to a wooden ledge being rotten was attended to and rectified during the course of the job. Just had our third external door fitted by these guys. Excellent experience again. Very clear and prompt comms all the way through. Arrived at the site on time and fitted the French doors within 5 hours or so. Very neat and clean working space. Absolutely no mess whatsoever. Quality product. Quality service. Proper craftsmen. Can't recommend enough. We'll be back for the next door soon.

We have just completed the first stage of our sash window replacement on our property using Joinery Solutions. We wanted to use a local company for the installation so when I contacted Joe it was perfect knowing that their workshop was in the next town to us.The windows he fabricates are made out of Accoya wood which is a great material for Sash windows.The workmanship is second to none and Joe and his team were very polite, professional and efficient, not a speck of dust was left behind on their completion! Thanks guys and we’ll see you for phase two.

We are incredibly pleased with the quality of the windows and door provided by Joinery solutions, so much so we're currently the talk of the village!Joe and his team were brilliant while on site and went over and above to make sure everything was fitted to the highest standards. They ensured everything met the listed heritage requirements and went so far as to advise me on areas of the building they discovered while fitting that needed additional attention to preserve it.I will definitely be using them again to make the windows on our new extension once built! I was delighted by the service and product provided by Joinery Solutions. From the start to finish Joe and his team were very professional and obviously take pride in their work. The wooden windows that I had replaced look fantastic and has transformed the front of the house like a mini face lift for it. Joe was very accommodating with regard to to fixing unforeseen problems and was very reliable. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his company and would definitely use him again for any future joinery projects

Very impressed with the professionalism, skill, reliability and follow up services of Joinery Solutions. We had some potentially beautiful sash windows, three of which are bowed, which had had years of DIY repairs so did not stay open, open, close properly, have furniture etc. Due to Grade 2 listing, we needed them renovated. It was not our cheapest option (Joe was transparent about the costs from the off) but feel it was definitely money well spent; we can't be more thrilled with the difference that has been made. They weren't the easiest to work on... Thank you so much and well done on such a super job.

I had previously tried using a different window company in the local area for repairs on a Victorian sash window, after this other company let me down three time I thought I’d give Joinery Solutions a try and thank my lucky windows I did. They fitted me in within a few days and now my windows have vastly improved. Wouldn’t even think about going to another company for my windows again!!!Cheers to Brandon and Joe!
