Connor was amazing. We were in need of fitting carpet on our stairs and we needed to fit it asap and we were getting desperate. I found 3rd generation flooring and got in contact with Connor because I saw they had high reviews on google. I can attest to the reliability of these reviews. Connor responded quickly to my call and request and he promptly went to my house to give me a quote. He also gave us a very competitive price. We then agreed on a date to fit the carpet on. Connor came at the time we agreed on and he fit the carpet promptly and beautifully. We were so happy with the results of his work. We highly recommend his services. He is one of the best tradesmen we have ever worked with (and we have worked with a lot for our house renovation)!! We cannot fault his service at all. Connor was extremely patient with us as we took ages to choose our flooring - Fusion Flooring Roasted Oak in the end. He couldn’t have been kinder, bringing us pattern books when we asked. We’re absolutely delighted with the finished product. He and Ashley are expert fitters. They even resolved an unevenness in our floor, making the end result look beautiful. Would highly recommend them.

We had a LVT floor fitted in our newly extended kitchen. Connor was very professional and explained the process an options to us for sealing the bare concrete which other companies didn't. Our floor was very uneven and they made sure to screed it twice to get a quality finish. Because wait times for companies are so long we were surprised they could fit us in over a couple of afternoons and it was finished quickly. Highly recommend.
