Didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from Alex in the end, but amazing customer service from him. Not only did he stay late to give me time to see a vehicle (which was as described and a nice example) but he also gave helpful advice and even ran some vehicle checks on a private car I was interested in.Above and beyond service, with no unwanted sales pressure. After months of shopping around looking for a car in our budget with our requirements, we finally found one at Infinity. Not local to us but worth the trip. From the very first email to Alex via the Autotrader contact button, he was professional and helpful. I went back and forth with my questions and Alex was only happy to respond. We arrived for our viewing appointment and immediately were taken for the test drive. I didn't know the area but felt at ease with Alex's directions. We decided to purchase the lovely car and it really was in amazing condition and exactly like the advert. The sales office was bright, airy and new. Alex wasn't like other car dealers we have experienced. There was no hard sell, no trying to push extra purchases on to us. He was patient as the finance was finalised (sorry for the delay Alex!) but he told us of a lovely restaurant in the high street for us to go and wait at, as it would take about an hour. He phoned me when the finance company had accepted my application and we went back around the corner to the dealership to finalise everything smoothly. We drove away very happy. Its a lovely car and I felt at ease during the whole process. He also took my old car for part X and the process was quick and easy. I wouldn't hesitate to use Infinity again.
