Amazing results after 7 weeks I lost what I wanted to loose and more for my holiday. After initially talking with Dean about what I wanted he designed a plan that was achievable for me. Booked for more sessions to get fitter and loose more weight.

Dean is very profession with his work he has sorted my back out every time I have been to see him, he also helps me meet my fitness goals he is patient and give so much advice and tips and is incredibly knowledgeable. Dean also helps my son increase his fitness and coaches him football my son finds it hard to concentrate at the best of times but Dean always finds a way of keeping him interested would definitely recommend
