So impressed by the skill of the lady who did the wreath for my friends funeral. It was a full size replica of his dear dog, a portuguese sheepdog. Thankyou to whoever at Hunny B Florist did it, it really was quite something

I ordered two button holes last minute for our nephews wedding the next day. Squeezed us in even though she had other commitments that morning and left them ready for us to pick up. Really happy with them and we had lots of comments on the day, thank you.

Thank you for the beautiful bouquets you did for my mums service on the 12/02/2021. I didn't give you much to work with but they looked beautiful. We kept them after the service and they are still blooming. Your service was first class and I would recommend you without a doubt

Sister and self ordered flowers for a family members funeral as we live out of town and were not able to attend. Due to this at time of ordering we requested a photo of the flowers. My sister has had to chase this up from her home in Barcelona due to no picture being received. The customer service from this florist was poor and due to this would not recommend. The event was emotional enough without not seeing the flowers which we should not have had to chase up.

Extremely helpful friendly florist, visited us at home to talk about what we were looking for in the way of our wedding flowers. We were guided by Susan, her years of experience and love of flower arranging were clear to see. We were shown lots of different designs and ideas all photographed and clearly displayed on an Ipad.From the first meeting to arriving at our wedding venue and the flowers already waiting for us Hunny B were first class. No stress, straight forward and timely, very professional service. Plus the flowers were stunning.

We ordered flowers for a family members funeral in Plymouth. We live out of town and were not able to attend the service. We asked the lady at Hunny Bs to PLEASE send us a photo of the flowers we ordered. We gave her a TF no to send them via WhatsApp. The funeral service was in 16th December 10.45. At 16.00 NO photo had been sent. So I rang. I was told that she had been very busy and hadn't had chance to send it!!! Unacceptable. You accepted the payment and should be more sensitive to clients especially for funerals and knowing we are out of town. She said she would send the photos then. No photos were sent. I had to ring again today at 10.00am to insist that they were sent to the TF number we gave when we made the booking. Appalling customer service. No apology. No explanation. Very rude in fact. I do not recommend this florist at all. Look for somewhere else who is more professional.
