We was so pleased with the service from Craig at Mitchell’s from first seeing the car advertised on line and us viewing it and then buying. Craig was very helpful and friendly and reassured us on anything we asked and to know he is always there if we need to contact him . So happy with my new car!

Jamie was absolutely fantastic right from the start. He arranged for a test drive for me. Following my order for a new car he kept me informed when my car was expected into the country, he let me know when my car had arrived, kept me informed of when it would be ready which was much earlier than expected. He explained all of the processes in details regarding ordering and collection and nothing was ever too much trouble or a stupid question. He set my car up with the My Renault app and connected it to my phone. He kept in contact with me until I collected my car and has contacted me since I collected to make sure that I was happy with the car and if I had any problems.

Couldn't be happier with the service from Craig and all the team at Mitchell's. We've bought our last three cars with Craig because we're confident he'll always find the right vehicle for us and are greatly appreciative of his expertise. Highly recommended!

Since moving to Suffolk we have always used Mitchell’s for servicing our cars. Always a great experience. Knowledgeable and helpful service team staff and in addition, in Andy Duffield a true gentleman of a salesperson when it came to ordering our new car. Top quality rating for all concerned.

The sales person, Jonnie was extremely friendly and explained every part of my new car purchase to me. He also rang me every month without fault, giving me and update on where my car was. Lovely garage set up too.

Communication is awful. Had one of our vans booked in for a service. Made the 25 mile trip to drop the van off for the service to be told they now cant do it and they supposedly called the night before to say they couldn't do it, no phone call was received and they made an excuse to say that it apparently said the phone was out of service when i received a phone call at 9:51pm from a friend which worked absolutely fine so they've clearly lied, they also have our email address so could have also sent an email.So a waste of a morning and a 50 mile round trip.

I have dealt with Mitchells for well over 25 years, more recently for Motability cars for which they have always been excellent. I have now just had to buy my own car and their service is second-to-none. I can't fault them at all and Craig is probably the most helpful person you could wish to meet.

There is quite a wait on motability scheme cars at the moment. Craig kept me updated every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience.

He showed me all the features of the car.As I was obtaining the car on Motorbilty Scheme he explained the whole process, regarding upfront payments and handing back my existing car.Jamie and his colleague at their Lowestoft dealership kept me updated throughout about the delivery date for my new car.The whole process was great, without any stress or problems. The handover of my new car was great, Jamie made sure I was totally happy with the car and how to use all the features before I left with my new car.
