Will and Niyantre have just dealt with the sale of my late mother's house. All communication was prompt and clear, and the whole matter was dealt with smoothly and without the need to chase them. I would happily use Kew Law in the future and would be glad to recommend them.

i have had an appointment booked here for almost a month for a statutory declaration to change my name as a trans person so it reflects my identity. i asked in the phone call where i booked this whether there would be anything they required of me so that this all worked smoothly, as this was something which is really important to me so i can start my transition. i had no details sent to me, and as someone who is not educated in law at all, i figured they didn’t need anything of me. however, upon arrival i was pretty much turned away with an empty deed poll form, which wasn’t what i had wanted, with very little explanation of what any of the process was. admittedly, throughout the process they appeared completely helpful and acted with utmost politeness. it just felt quite uncoordinated and that there was no internal communication, and with a solicitors you expect advice or at least something to show you what you need to bring with you and i had absolutely no correspondence since the first phone call where i booked my appointment. i wouldn’t recommend here for any other trans people looking for a safe place to get your name changed.

Never used Kew law before our house sale and new purchase as we were recommended an online service by the estate agent- we have absolutely no regrets! I completed on my first property this week and used Laura and Stephanie for my purchase. No issues were encountered whatsoever and they were so easy to get a hold of whenever I needed help with anything or had any questions. They helped my experience as a first time buyer run as smoothly as possible and the fees were very reasonable. I would definitely use them again in the future!

We used Kew Law to purchase our first property. We were satisfied with the service we received at the time and even wrote raving reviews of the company and the solicitor that assisted us. 3 months after completion we received an email, saying that they had charged us the wrong amount to register the land and we needed to transfer them an additional £200+The fact they didn't even have the decency to call us and explain the situation says a lot. £200 is a large sum of money for two first time buyers that have no savings. When we have discussed the situation with the director of a local estate agents, they advised this level of service is appalling. Stay clear of Kew Law- Braintree, if they cannot work out the correct amount on the final statement then I am worried about the quality of work they have done for us with our purchase.

The team have been exceptional to deal with throughout my purchase. Always responded in a timely manner and helped guide me through the process. I was recommended to Kew Law via a friend, and would definitely recommend them to others.
