I rang first to check stock of the Heart Bag. ,James was really helpful and offered to put one away for me to collect the following day. I couldn't wait and went into Manchester that afternoon. James was lovely and the other staff were helpful too. I adore the bag... it's unique.

Size 11 too big, size 10 too small… after lots of debating, Jamie’s suggestion of 11s + inner soles was perfect. Great patience and great customer service.Thanks a lot Jamie!

Bought a new pair yesterday and could not be more grateful to the staff member who helped me. They were patient and brought me out three different pairs as I could not decide which ones I wanted to get. I didn’t manage to get a name but it says on my receipt Caitlin so that may be the staff member. They were super friendly and polite! :) if I were local to Manchester I would definitely go back

I visited this store on the weekend with some friends. I fell in love with a pair of JORGE II slip on shoes and asked to try them. As I tried them on the sales assistant just stood there looking at me like he’d rather be anywhere else. I was a bit unsure about the fit. He didn’t interact with me at all he just stood there looking board. I took them off and have them to him and sat and talked about it with my friends for a minute. I didn’t say to him I didn’t want them I actually said I need to think for a second.There was zero attempt to help me or suggest something or say they look nice or maybe these will look better. And when I turned around after deciding with my friend that I actually really wanted them, both the sales assistant and the shoes were gone.He packed them away and went to stand somewhere else in store.I’ve come back home to Denmark now and I have ordered them online here. But I think you should know I decided that I didn’t want to buy them in your store because of the lack of service from that young man.

Fab store, tried on some styles but they don't stock my size. They were helpful and suggested I try online.

Great service by staff, love they boots as the don't just last long but they actually get better over time!

Went into Dr Martens with my partner to pick out a new pair of boots as a graduation gift. The young man who helped us was really great, attentive and patient when we tried on about 5 pairs, 5 stars to him, however another member of staff who I’m guessing was the manager has really soured the review and trip. I decided whilst we were in there that I wanted to purchase some myself. I tried on a few pairs and settled on one. I was carrying them around in the box with me ready to take to the till whilst my partner was looking at some others. I had 3 members of staff come up to me asking to take the box off of me, I told each one I wanted to buy them and was just waiting for my partner to make his final decision then we were going to pay together. The manager then came over, snatched them off me and put them behind the till where they got packed away and taken back downstairs. I really don’t understand why! If it wasn’t for the young man helping us and making the rest of our experience great, I really wouldn’t have bothered and would’ve just left and ordered online. Had to then wait for another pair to be retrieved from the basement. Just feel it was quite odd behaviour!
