I heartily recommend Surrey Stairlifts. I made a phone call on behalf of my elderly mother. The man I spoke to (Leon) was very clear about what was needed and cut through all the unnecessary stuff the huge companies put you through. He turned up at the time he said he would to survey the house. The next day his crew arrived (also on time) and did a neat, tidy and efficient job. Very impressed with this company. They were able to install a stairlift within 48 hours of their first visit. Unfortunately we needed to call them out regarding a fault, however they prioritised our visit, and Steve turned up within an hour of our call and fixed the issue. Very approachable, communication is outstanding, a pleasure to deal with. So highly recommended.

Great great guys, cant recommended them highly enough. They provided all the information that we needed, including the long list of questions I had.They also fit our stair lift extremely quickly, which was great for us as Mum was being released from hospital at short notice. Brilliant service from Leon and his team. Really helpful when I visited the showroom with my Mum. We'd done little research and Leon was very helpful in assisting us make the right decision for Dads situation and the space available in their house. The engineers who installed it were very tidy and helpful too. And to cap it off, unlike some national brands that spend fortunes on advertising and salesman commissions, Leon's prices were much better value than expected with clear pricing and no hidden costs.Leon went to great lengths to reduce our costs rather than inflate them. Had a chap around to discuss getting a stairlift, he was very friendly and seemed to know what we would require, 2 days later his fitters arrived with mums new stairlift, they were friendly clean and tidy and was all completed in a couple of hours, they then showed mum how to use it and were very clear and patient. All around great and would highly recommend. Thanks to all the guys

Absolutely brilliant service, stairlift broke one evening, called the next morning, Dave was really helpful. Turned up in the afternoon, with the parts required and repaired the lift. Well done guys, highly recommended.

A big thank you to Leon , Sonia and the team . Leon visited my dad's house at very short notice and supplied expert advice and was able to install a stairlift within a couple of days which was much appreciated and has helped my dad so much. Great lift and a great service.

Surrey stairlifts came to my Dads rescue when we were let down by another stairlift company (West Sussex Stairlifts). They quickly scheduled someone to look at his stairlifts, they were punctual, polite and immediately fixed the issue. They even called a week later to check that everything was ok. Can’t recommend Surrey Stairlifts highly enough.

Cannot praise Leon and his team highly enough both for installation service and aftercare. They have responded and visited within 2 hours of my call to a fault that we could not rectify on our stairlift. Highly recommend this company.

This is the second time I have used Surrey Stairlifts, they were brilliant the first time - hence using a second time - and they were excellent again. Leon met me at the property a few hours after I phoned, quoted a good price, and the lift was installed 2 days later. Dave & Paul the installers were punctual, quick & tidy, a really good job. Would definitely recommend and use again. I've had a Handicare 1100 model both times (straight track, power swivel), great bit of kit. 10 out of 10, thank you.
