The Frozen Food is good but I prefer to go to the food warehouse in King's Lynn because I like Kings Lynn more then Downham as Downham has lost its appeal. Still a good store though.

Virus social distancing is poor a child was outside hanging of the trolly handles, and putting her hands from the handlle to her mouth, the trollies looked dirty I asked to speak to the manager via a young member of staff also, it's not good to require a £1 coin to get a shopping trolley, in these times of reducing virus transfer.... I asked to speak with the manager regarding this and she walked well within 2 meters of me whist I was talking to her!.I pointed this out.... I work with vulnerable people and don't want to pass things on! She went to find manager when she returned again she came sell within 2 meters. I reminded her again and she raised an eyebrow saying The manager was on the phone and to busy to speak to me and there was nothing they could do about the trollies.... so head office be aware!!!

Love this Iceland. The stock is always nicely replenished and the chap James who I think is Duty manager is very helpful and goes above and beyond to help with my frozen goods needs. 10/10, would ice again.

Excellent frozen food, and a great variety drink for sale as well as a good variety of everyday items. All at Excellent competative low prices.

Not too large a store with a decent range of goods. Car park behind the store is not free like the rest in the town. Friendly and helpful staff.
