Springfield Farm Pet Cremation

From the moment I rung and spoke to Peter on Saturday morning about the loss of our beloved cat, Oscar he was so kind and thoughtful.Oscar was collected later on Saturday and was treated with the upmost respect and dignity. We were devastated and upset, but the service we received helped our sorrow.Alex brought Oscar back to us today and again we were treated with kindness. We want to thank both gents for their understanding it was very much appreciated.Thank you once again from the bottom of our hearts,you made a very upsetting time, more bearable more than you will ever know.

My elderly labrador went to sleep at home. Peter came with a dog basket and placed him in there. He looked so peaceful, fast asleep. I wanted his ashes scattered in their woodland and Peter sent me a video of the woodland and a photo of where his ashes are. It was so respectful and such a tranquil place. I can see him picking up logs and helping with the forestry, run free Big Bear and thank you so much Peter for your kindness and empathy

We sadly lost our cat, Alfie, on Tuesday and after being massively let down in the past by a bigger, more well known company, it was really important for us to find the right people to take care of our boy. After looking into a few options, we went with Springfield Farm and I'm so glad we did. We were met with such lovely, caring and compassionate people on the end of phone. The whole process was so smooth and made such a difficult time that little bit easier. Alfie passed away on Tuesday night, by Wednesday afternoon he had been picked up and was at the farm, and by Thursday afternoon he was back home with us, along with a lovely bouquet of flowers. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, truly.

Our rescue Jack Russell, Tilly, passed away on 23rd December. We wanted her cremated and I was so glad we found such a lovely, compassionate, family run business. Peter and Alex could not have been nicer. Nothing was rushed. We were able to sit with her in the chapel and say our goodbyes in our own time. I picked up her ashes the following day, Christmas Eve. Wonderful service all round. Thank you.

We are still absolutely heartbroken at losing our second furbaby in just 8 weeks, but I feel Peter and springfield Farm deserve the most heartfelt and highest of recommendations.We lost our little Husky Girl sasha 8 weeks ago to age and illness and found springfield farm where extremely close to us and had amazing reviews, Peter was extremely compassionate and gave us confidence we had found the right place to take our Beloved Girl.We where overwhelmed to find Peter has a beautiful Chapel of rest for your pet and has so much time for you in your time of grief even taking the time to let us feed the Geese, Ducks and pigmy goats.We received Sasha back the very next day with the beautiful touch of carnations.Yesterday, we lost Khan, another of our gorgeous Huskies and a very special boy whom I had an incredible bond with, I had no hesitation in contacting Peter again to take care of our Beloved boy.We took Khan straight to Peter, who once again showed incredible compassion and gave us as much time as needed to say our goodbyes to our boy, and today we went to collect him.It's an incredibly hard thing to do saying good to a loved pet, but Peter and springfield Farm do everything possible to make it just that little bit easier.Highly recommended and trusted by myself and my family.

Our beautiful Bella passed away recently and we couldn’t be more comforted by the service we received from Alex at Springfield Farm for her cremation. He met us in the courtyard and treated us and Bella with dignity and compassion. The experience surpassed our expectations in every way - from the way in which he spoke to us, the way he handled Bella pre and post cremation, and the beautiful setting in which we discussed our requirements. Thank you so much Alex, for everything you did for Bella. We will be eternally grateful to you.

I lost my beautiful Dollie on Monday night and rang Springfield farm on Tuesday. They were so helpful, and came to collect her the same day.Can't speak more highly of all the staff. They brought Dollie's ashes back today, and again were so considerate of my feelings. Amazing company to deal with..

My mum was so upset to lose her bestest friend Ozzy 13 years of happiness and tail wags.We found Peter a true gentleman who understood how much the pooch meant to us.The process was so ethical, thoughtful and kind from start to finish! I can’t thank you enough at Springfield farm pet crematorium. The service I received for my beautiful 14 year old boy Ollie was absolutely second to none. From the moment I walked in so broken hearted I never felt rushed or pressured, beautiful and calm surroundings a beautiful chapel of rest. I was able to collect Ollie a few hours later. Thank you so so much for taking care of my Beautiful Ollie and I know you took care of him with dignity and respect until I was able to take him home again.
