The day before we went away one of our cats was attacked by the dog next door and spent the day at the vet being monitored. He was very lucky with no serious injuries but Emily needed to give him his anti-inflammatory meds for the three days we were away. This was no problem at all.She sent us a very welcome photo of the boys and update every visit. This was especially reassuring since JoJo had been very scared of Alfie’s vet smell and sedated wobble when he came home and we could see they were friends again.The cats were very happy and so were we!

I absolutely love Very Important Pets! I have used their in-home cat sitting service many times, and I just couldn’t be happier with the warm, expert care the sitters provide for my two cats.Booking is very easy, and the sitters are extremely trustworthy and professional. One we booked has been with VIPs for a decade! They also go above and beyond to ensure that you know what’s going on with your pets when you’re away. For our pets, VIPs is a major improvement over even the best cat boarding facilities; the cats are much happier to stay in their home and to stick to their routine.I’m a first-time cat owner and often feel that the sitters we’ve had, Catherine and Tracy, know more about cat behavior and care than I do, which is actually great. I always come home to two happy, healthy, well-brushed cats who seem surprised that I’m back to harass them.

I've been a happy customer of VIPs since 2010 (now Dec 2023). All of the Pet Sitters over the years have been communicative and helpful. Our current pet sitter is the best yet, she's a professional cat expert and we feel very comfortable leaving our precious old cat who has medical needs, in her care. She sends lovely messages and photos every day, which is so reassuring and means we can enjoy our breaks away without worrying. I'd be very happy to recommend VIPs.

Our local vet recommended the VIP team and they didn’t disappoint. The online booking process was quick and straightforward. Before we confirmed the booking, the cat sitter came over for an introduction. Then, whilst we were away, she sent us frequent updates with photos which was great and reassuring that everything is fine. All in all, VIP provided a fantastic service which we’ll definitely use again.

We have used VIP twice now for our cat, both sitters have been great however the latest sitter, Giovanna, was excellent. She updated us daily with photos, always turned up on time we agreed and was generally very friendly. Also our cat is quite shy and even so, he came out of hiding and became comfortable with Giovanna quite quickly.The agency itself is also very responsive, affordable and hasn't let us down, even when we had to make a booking in quite short notice in the past. I would definitely recommend VIP and Giovanna.

We were super happy with Lucy, who looked after our Victorian Bulldog as if she was part of her own family. Professional, friendly and full of love :-) we will definitely come back (actually we are already booked in for the summer!). The office too has been very helpful answering our queries promptly.Top quality service!

We were so grateful to Karen for taking such excellent care of our cat Freddie. He is a senior cat on daily meds and needed live in support. It's the longest we have ever left Freddie (two weeks) but we felt so reassured from the feedback and photos Karen sent us daily. The service is so easy to use and is very professional. We had been let down by other cat sitters in the past. Very Important Pets was recommended by our vet and we cannot thank her enough. The cat sitter sent updates via WhatsApp during our holiday so we didn’t have to worry about our cats, and she also kept our house tidy. We will be contacting VIP whenever we plan to go away.
