Very good facility and the expert knowledge from Dan and Patrick made everything easy to understand and interpret. Doing the METs test really helped me to understand a few keys things and what I can do in order to continue to improve my fitness. I’d highly recommend trail med!

Had a very helpful session with Dan, identifying my lactate thresholds and VO2 max. He was very patient and informative with helping me to understand all the raw data, and pick out ways to improve my training for the goals I want to achieve.

I went to TrailMed for a CPET after becoming frustrated at the limited activities I could undertake after being diagnosed with a Thoracic (heart) aortic aneurysm. Patrick and Dan completely understood my predicament, tested me in a way that exceeded my expectations and provided me with the data and interpretation which allowed me to return to my sports and activities without the anxiety and frustration I previously suffered. I am extremely indebted and grateful.

Excellent facilities but most of all very knowledgeable and professional team. The best extensive tests and feedback helped me understand where I should focus. Very friendly and helpful and just what I was looking for but couldn’t find for someone starting out in sports activities but also amazing for professionals. Seems the team have a passion for the services they provide as well as sports and fitness in general.
