R&G property were a pleasure to work with as a landlord and found me a tenant within a few hours of advertising with them moved in and rent collected a couple days later. They’re available at all times, even out of hours & on weekends and provide a stress free experience for landlords. Also won’t find cheaper, result.

I was really nervous about finding a property to rent but Matt and Ben made it so easy. They kept me up to date throughout everything and were realistic about what I could afford. Can barely get a call back from other agents but these guys set the standard! Thank you again, can’t wait to move in!

These guys saved me! All the new complications for landlords simplified for me. And they really are different….no irritating over-matey typical “lettings agent” conversations. Really nice guys who make you feel they not only know what they’re talking about but want to do what’s best for you! You get to speak to the same person every time and they couldn’t do enough…even took away some rubbish bags for me and generally made me feel confident. And the money transfer took seconds.
