The food was so nice, better than I expected for a chain store. Would be nice if there was smash burgers though. The manager spoke to me for 10 minutes, was really accommodating and attentive. Would definitely come here or order again

Classic chicken burger was really tasty, fresh and hot.Signature fries not very warm and not really my thing drowned in mayo and plastic cheese sauce.Lady serving wasn't the best as she spoke too fast, didn't really seem interested and got my name wrong.Food was prepared and arrived quickly.burger 8/10.Signature fries 5/10.Service 5/10.Value 7/10.I will probably eat at burger and sauce again but not this branch.

Me and my partner have been several times now. The food is tasty, signature fries are the best thing they have on the menu in my opinion. I wish the veggie burger wasn't spicy. Usually the food is made quite quickly.

Really great order, we all really enjoyed every bite. Pretty good prices although we had £7 delivery fee with Uber Eats. The strips were lovely battered, flavourful and spicy. The burgers were incredible, nice fresh ingredients. Those sauces are terrific with the food including the spicy fries. Would love to enjoy again

The taste of the burger meat itself was amazing, I'm sorry my pictures do little justice to the food, there weren't a million choices which was very refreshing as they obviously concentrate on getting the ones they do perfectly. The fries were really yummy too, kids and parents were full and very happy, especially when paying as they have fantastic pricing.My family and I will definitely be back, so will a few friends...Great job everyone, you got it perfectly right, concentrate on the food not the swanky decorations.

I visited with my Daughter and Husband for lunch. My wrap was so wet with sauce it made it so slimy that I couldn't eat it. I ordered spicy sauce on my wrap, as I dont like traditional burger sauce. But the spicy sauce is not spicy at all it has a mustard/gherkin taste.... it really ruined my food to be honest. The only thing we ate was the chicken strips. Spent £30, overpriced for the quality and quantity of food received. I will definitely not be returning.

Went here for the first time today as I normally go to Alum rock branch but I was shopping nearby so I thought why not. When it come to ordering I was served by Mohammed who at first I thought was Jamie from TopBoy but he was very friendly and communicated quite well and also told me about the Twos Day deal and because of that they made a bit extra off me. Top salesman. When It come to receiving the food I had made a big order and it was ready in 4 minutes I was shocked by the timing of how fast they done it. Then I couldn’t take the drinks back to my table so the kind lady behind the counter bought them to me instead of me having to make another trip. Amazing service and amazing food keep up the good work.

Very clean location and friendly staff. Good space management.Food is made with very good quality ingridients. Meat is juicy and slightly crispy on the outside. Signature fries filled with fresh spring onion.However from company named B&SAUSE I was expecting a way bigger range of sauces and possibility to make my own choice of sauce on my burger. Sauces available are not very special in flavour to be honest.Overall I rate 5 stars for a fantastic quality, price and decent size of meals.
