Good value gym and leisure centre with basic facilities and friendly staff. Gym is quite small so does get filled up very quickly but permitting you can go at the right times it does the job

The Portland Centre does seem to shut on random days without any apparent notice - like today, Monday July 31st.More than a little annoying. 1 star today

Good place to play badminton with your friends. 4 courts available but sometimes 2 courts are used for basketball as well.1 hour = £6.20, can book through telephone.

Lots of work has gone into this thanks to Notts County and it's made it a great community space to be in. Great squash courts, gym equipment and sports hall space. All pretty reasonably priced and pretty good parking.

Excellent little leisure centre in the Meadows, but accessible from most parts of Nottingham because of its proximity to the town centre. Have loads of great activities for adults and kids alike at very reasonable prices. The centre is a bit tired, but has a wonderful community atmosphere.

My daughter learning swimming classes here. Very happy with the way they handle classes or very understanding staff. Also, I go for regular general swim as a membership which is cheaper per month.

Great little 'leisure' centre with good equipment in the gym and decent sized pool. Membership packages are very reasonable and the staff are lovely. Can get quite busy at times in the fitness areas but more than enough equipment for everyone to get out what they need to from their time in there. Would've given 5 stars if the pool showers weren't so ridiculously hot, stay way from these if you have sensitive skin! Glad I signed up and would recommend to others looking to sign up to a budget gym with all the equipment you need to stay in shape
