Excellent service and product from Albro! I had my front door replaced - not pushy and were happy to answer questions and ensure we were happy before placing the order. The day of the installation was faultless - the guys were very friendly, accomodating. They made sure I was happy with the fitting before leaving and said they'd be happy to sort any issues out, if any, in the future. Would recommend and use again!

I went on a local fb group to ask for recommendations for local window companies and about 20 people responded ALL saying to use Albro. I now know why…every member of the team is so helpful from the first phone call to responding to my e mails after the work was completed. We live in a small, old house, I was so worried about damage to my garden (there was none), and moving furniture out of the way (they worked around what couldn’t be moved) and about all the work it would create but it really want too bad. I am so happy with my windows and doors and feel so much safer now. I highly recommend Albro. Thanks guys for a great job!

This was the first time I have used Albro Windows and I was very impressed. The initial survey was completed quickly and the price quoted was very reasonable and competitive. Sam arranged my window order and the whole process was completed professionally and on time. The window was exactly as ordered and the installers showed great attention to detail and ensured I was 100% happy with the window. Very pleased with the whole service from start to finish.

Just had work completed by Albro, Russell, Harry and Sam. From beginning to end the standards of work was exemplary. Their catch line is costs nothing to talk and they listened to our ideas and made helpful suggestions to improve them. They arrived on time, the blokes were courteous and blew me away with the care and attention they took not only putting in and out the windows but for our home and our cat!! They hoovered up and cleaned everywhere, put my plant pots back and rehung the blinds, even though they had to readjust the fittings.Usually, when you look around at other replacement windows you see the need of a repaint or new pebble-dashing - these guys fixed everything.Nothing was too much and you would not know they had been here apart from the new windows. They even put in window ledges and talked about the whole process to make sure we were happy. It's a shame we don't have any more windows to replace!! This is the second time that we have chosen Albro Windows. They are a small family run business, originally established by father Alan (retired) and now run by his sons Darren and Russell who provide a good personal service.We recently had some windows and doors replaced by Albro as part of a bigger kitchen/breakfast room refurbishment. I am really happy with the quality of the products and standard of work. All the staff have been very pleasant and helpful. Any minor problems were dealt with promptly and without any fuss.I have no hesitation in recommending Albro Windows.

My mum has just had her front porch replaced back patio , garage door and window as well. I would just like to say from start to finish we are very happy with your work. The window fitters were excellent and worked very fast even though it was not a very nice day as it was raining. They were very caring and said to my mum to stay in the room as it was quite cold. When every thing was finished they cleaned up and helped my mum move her sofa back . I would definitely recommend you to family and friends.
