FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER!!Not good at all!! Unfortunately no stars isn't an option! Took my 2 boys for a haircut and have left my children with very jagged hair! Very disappointing!! No style and can't even cut a child's hair I would have done it better myself! Never ever again!!

Great customer service .Love this hair salon, they'll fit you in even if you don't have an appointment. Lovely staff , clean and nicely decorated salon. They do a good & proper job with your hair, always happy with the outcome, would recommend.

What a difference. I came back here on the spur of the moment and a young girl did and excellent job styling my hair the way I asked. My original review from a year ago no longer applies but Iv'e kept it as reminder.. Worst haircut I have ever had .I have been here before without a problem but the new girl (she said she had been there about 5 months ) is terrible. I now have to make the choice between a number 1 to start again or walking round looking like an idiot until it grows out.

I have been using Unistyles for years now, they always do a fantastic job and I enjoy the friendly atmosphere in the shop from both the Staff and the Customers.... I tend to change my hair colour a few times a year going from browns, blonde highlights to bright red etc... so I am not an easy customer and I have always left there delighted.... I also had my wedding hair up done there....they did such a good job, they made my day...

Had my hair cut and blow dry by Amy last week loved the service great conversation made to feel really comfortable.. Booked Daughter in for full head foils absolutely happy with end result ..Amy you will be our recommended from now ..Thank you

Helped with infected earing stuck in my ear gave it a good clean an enabled hospital to get it out easley thank you soo for your help sn advice an of caurse for beingy hairdresser return when ear healed THANK xxxxxx

I have been to Unistyles on three separate occasions in total, spread over a period of around three to four months, however on my last visit I wasn't happy with the quality of both cut/foils and the level of customer service. I decided to change my salon of choice and it was only then I discovered how bad my hair was. My current stylist has said that my hair was so bad that he couldn't give me the colour & style I wanted without causing further damage.Colour cards went missing from the salon, in addition whenever I was at Unistyles the staff were on occasions drinking alcohol which in my opinion is not conducive to a professional atmosphere, the staff again on occasions were squabbling with each other which can be a bit embarrassing, finally I would say don't be fooled by the overfriendly approach as I have found to my cost that the main reason you go to a hairdressers is to have a quality service which this is definitely not!
