HB Public Law
They refuse to pick up the phone and will not answer serious legal issues. There way of handling complaints is to treat public with contempt and ignore them and hope they go away. In my case they have deliberately with-held evidence from the court to suit their own needs which is contempt of court. There is no example I am aware of of such a corrupt council unit
