Absolutely shocking experience. Staff left customers at the door in the rain long past the opening time. They were not even bothered that many had to turn back as they couldn't bear to stand in the rain.

Ordered for delivery at 19:30. Told it would be delivered at 20:30. Then delivery got delayed until 21:10Waited until 21:10 and then the order got cancelled all together

Pre ordered my food, it tells you to wait until you arrive and it’ll be ready in moments. Did as was told and it took 35 minutes to get a wrap and a drink!Staff moved so slowly with about 15 other waiting, no manager or team leader to be seen. Food came and was already cool and hard.Awful service.

Fingerlicking - just not good. The wings were the size of the average chip in the tiny bag, see picture. And can you believe there were no napkins, had to lick my fingers (hence the slogan?)

Found a hair follicle in my article of chicken. Truly unacceptable! I don’t often go to these ‘fast food’ chains; and shan’t after this. Furthermore the service seemed extremely unenthusiastic. Alas! That’s this days teen and twenties generation for you.

Judging by some reviews it seems this KFC isn't highly rated however I visited Friday at about 8:00pm and ordered an 8 piece boneless box with a supercharger tower burger and I've got to say one of the best KFC meals I've had in a while. Everything came out piping hot literally fresh out of the fryer to the point it caught me & the misses out usually it's warm at best. Service was great as well, didn't catch his name but I overheard him mentioning maybe a marine qualification he was studying for and working part time. Shout out to the whole crew at Holbury, I'll be back hopefully!

Very slow service. Employee's have plenty of time to chat with each other, ignoring the queue getting bigger, not working faster and walking off for a break. I waited 30 minutes for my order!!!!! With only 3 people in front of me.
