The Kiosk at Colwick Country Park

Paul and his wife Carol who run the kiosk were friendly, extremely helpful and happy to chat and ensure my experience of the park and all the activities there was as good as it can be. They sell a wide range of hot and cold drinks, ice creams and ice lollies as well as a selection of hot and cold food from bacon or sausage cobs and subs with fillings including tuna mayo to suit all tastes and dietary requirement to muffins and snacks. There is even a choice of different treats for our doggy companions.E verything on sale was extremely good value for money with by far the best prices anywhere within Colwick Country Park or Holme Pierrepoint Country Park next door. To find your way around the kiosk has available free of charge a detailed high quality full colour map of all the paths and trails in the park as used by accurate competitive orienteers. The kiosk is a central information point at the main entrance to the park and has a host of information regarding spotting and identifying bird species and fishing access amongst the multiplicity of lakes and watercourses in the park.

Friendly, cheerful greetings from the smashing staff.Lovely freshly made sandwiches and fresh hot tasty sausage rolls.Just the ticket for a light lunch followed by ice creamwith the grandchildren.Lovely location, lovely staff, lovely afternoon.

Our walk was damp and dank but we came upon this lovely kiosk. The man was delightful and cheery. We had a sausage and tomato bap and a Cappuccino which was delicious and warming.We would definitely recommend a visit.

Great little kiosk selling drinks, ice cream and bags of duck food for 50p. Not over priced either. Very friendly staff and they have chairs sat outside.

The coffee is great, and I know it's a bold statement, but they sell the best homemade Nutella flapjack you will ever have!

We Can't give out enough stars 5 is not enough I'd given 100 ! As regulars to the green hut* as we call it - for our breakfast butties with hot drink , ice-creams or for our tea!Our all time favourites being the biscoff hot chocolate/latte and homemade biscoff flapjack absolutely delicious! Not forgetting a doggy sausage for our four legged friend! We definately can't walk past !Paul and Carol are extremely friendly always have time a for a chat and go above and beyond to help us out and always serve us with a big smile! Paul went out of his way and made our daughter her very own free from cookies after realising she couldn't eat his flapjack! She said they were delicious ! Thanks so much and see you soon

After having a great walk around the Country Park called at the Kiosk for a Latte and warm sausage roll.Delicious and a lovely lady serving too.

Nice little place for a quick tea or coffee.
