Want to commend Nicola for the hard work she put in during our process of buying our first house. Really helpful, quick to action things, and got us a great deal. The house we ended up with was actually a 'wild card' suggestion that we hadn't initially selected, and it turned out to be the best we'd seen our whole search. Can't complain!

Tenant here. Check in went well and not many problems with the property over the past year. A couple of issues with Nick and poor communication/responsiveness of the fixflow management system but otherwise things get fixed.End of tenancy has been a less desirable experience. I gave my 2 months notice and they insisted on an extra day (without showing the calculation of the end date when I gave my expected 2 month notice end date- apparently all agents calculate with the extra day?!), I’m not going to argue over £50 but asked 3 times for a specific check out date to be arranged, they finally confirmed for the day after I requested (and need me to return keys by noon even though the check out agent will be there at 4pm).I don’t know why they are being so awkward, I’ve paid the full rental amount but want an earlier check out.Will be interesting to see how the deposit return process goes!

The 2 stars are for the initial move. They were great. what started off as a smooth move become a tedious frustrating situation…. Being what we thought were good tenants duties we reported certain issues with the house (lovely house) … things we can live with and things we can not - - such as a pest infection vs a few light flutters. The same issues were and continue to be met with the same irreverence to them or the “landlord” and takes quite the minute to be “fixed”The above is only one example. The list goes on and one.We’ve been in here for a while now and my children go to school around the corner. I never would have thought people act this way in such a tight netted community. Needless to say when we recently bought we did not use them.With all the options in East Dulwich I wouldn’t use these clowns. Stay away from the charmless cowboys. Those who want to reach out I have no problem expressing my views on why I am writing this….

Great agency with pleasant staff who we found very helpful. One particular staff, Nicola Kean, dealt with our affairs on the sale of our property. It was an effortless experience. Nicola is the best estate agent I have ever met. She is very professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly and extremely efficient. As a buyer, you really feel that she understands what your needs and priorities are. House hunting could be a stressful process but Nicola makes it all very exciting and pleasant. We have had a wonderful experience with Winkworth but Nicola is an absolute star!

I had called multiple times on a property to be told I would get a call back. Each day I called again asking and I was told I would get a call back. Today I called about the said property to be told it was not available. London's housing market is so hurried, I was really interested. I was never informed or offered a viewing. No one ever called me back. I was treated like my interest in the property did not matter. This has left me confused and led me to believe a lack of care from this branch. I now will not be in contact with people who do not care for business.
