Andrea is one of the most inspirational people I have ever worked with. Her teachings have enabled me to finally have a proper understanding of what self-care is and what I need. She has helped me gain a far better understanding of myself and what drives me meaning I’m now better equipped to make decisions around what is right for me and for my business.

I first met Andrea in 2020 on a free on line 5 day workshop during lockdown called rise up and be seen .i felt as though i had awakened from a deep sleep and felt compelled to work with her .I have been a part of several of her masterminds and containers in the last two years including her Aligned Coaching Academy from which i graduated almost 12 months ago . I was then employed by Andrea to coach women on her Self Mastery programme and as a Specialist Coach in Mental Health .Since working with Andrea i have found my voice and rediscovered what lights me up .i have a business that not only brings me Joy but helps others to find their Joy too .
