Really friendly and straightforward. As an artist I usually buy in stock frames from online suppliers. Occasionally the glass is broken in transit from suppliers to me. I have used Roman Glass a couple of times recently for replacements, they're so good I'm considering just buying unglazed frames and using RG to cut the glass locally.
