Carrs is without doubt the best Ferrari dealership in the country - I can't believe how lucky I am that they are almost on my doorstep - although if I had to, I would willingly drive to the other end of the country just to be able to use them.Firstly, their showroom has the coolest collection of cars EVER - not just the ones you can buy [or at least aspire to] as a customer but also some of the most iconic and historically important vehicles ever to come out of the factory in Italy - it's hard to describe how awesome it is to wander around looking at [and possibly touching if no one is looking] these homages to automotive perfection.Secondly, the staff are even more impressive than the cars themselves - there is such passion, enthusiasm and endless encyclopaedic knowledge of EVERYTHING Ferrari. If you went in there not really intending to buy something make sure to leave your wallet at home otherwise after talking to them you WILL come out the proud new owner of one of the gleaming temptations on offer everywhere you look.Go check it out - but I mean it about the wallet - you have been warned!

thank you for the amazing service which was afforded to me , an owner but stranger to your dealership , by Toby and team on Tuesday and Wednesday when my ROMA went into meltdown on my way to Exeter from London , not once but twice .Not once did Toby leave me thinking that he and your team would do anything other than help me get back on the road and return home safely , all the stops were pulled out and my cars problems explained to me by Toby by text .Just a huge thank you , it made me proud to be a Ferrari owner .

I'd like to say a huge thank you to Carrs Ferrari for hosting my family and I this afternoon, in particular a massive thanks to Mark and the lady on the desk (apologies I didn't catch your name), both were really amazing and a credit to the brand! Sadly I can't afford a Ferrari but my boys are totally car mad, so I told them we could have a quick look through the showroom window! Mark then came to the door; I assumed to tell us to go away, but instead he gave us all a really warm welcome and let us in to have a look at their stunning machines, he even let my lads sit in the 488 GTB. My boys are still talking about which car they'll have when they get old like me"...currently they're torn between the 812 Superfast and the LaFerrari. It really has made their day

If you want to buy a Ferrari in the UK, these are the guys to go to.It would be hard to improve on the welcome when you arrive or the help and guidance you receive. Everyone at Carrs is a real Petrolhead so their enthusiasm for Ferrari is notable. If I was 20 years younger, I would be asking for a job !The pictures below are from a visit following an invitation in October 2020 to drive the new Roma model but we were unexpectedly also given the opportunity to drive the stupendous 800bhp 812 Superfast. What a place. Plenty of stock. Took my 7yr old grandson as hes a ferrari nut. Lady staff member, very helpful and even let him sit in a SF90. Totally made his day, many thanks

I would like to thank Toby for his great customer service throughout looking after our Ferrari that was in for service recently, any issues that occurred he updated us promptly and got the job done! He was very knowledgeable and a great asset to the dealership. I also wanted to thank the Technicians for doing a great job and informing us of what work may be needed soon from their videos and not to forget the great customer care that Claire and the all the salesman provide when we visit. 5* for sure!

Just collected my Roma from them. This is the second Ferrari we have brought from Carrs and the whole team there is amazing and create a fantastic experience throughout. After sales care is the best I have ever experienced.

Came into the dealership today with my wife and little boy who loves race cars and we were treated superbly! Although it was late in the day the manager still had time for a conversation with us and even let my boy sit in one of the cars, and gave him a poster for his bedroom! Customer service was second to none. Thanks guys! See you if I win the lottery! Haha!
