Called today as I suspected my fridge freezer was done for but wanted to find out if it could be repaired. The guy I spoke to was really helpful, told me it couldn't be repaired and gave me loads of useful info about buying a new one. Given there was nothing in it for him at that point it was really refreshing to not just be hung up on. Obviously trustworthy and helpful.
