OnPoint were great. They kept on top of the paperwork and dates and handheld us through 2 very complex re-financing processes for our HMOs. They also helped refer us to other professionals for parts of the process outside their niche. A great team that will work hard for you.

Excellent service, Luke and Emma were very professional, prompt and knowledgeable despite the ups and downs of my property purchase including having somewhere fall through and rising interest rates. Luke kept me updated regarding different products and helped me to secure a more favourable rate despite rises. Luke and Emma were always happy to answer any questions I had and I would definitely use On Point again.

There were a few complications with remortgaging our property, but OnPoint were able to get it sorted for us. Nothing was too much trouble and they were able to quickly switch provider and find another good deal when we were unable to use the initial provider due to a change in our circumstances. Highly recommended. Friendly and helpful service.
