I phoned on Saturday for advice as my mum was being discharged from hospital following a stroke, strictly on the conditional basis that she could obtain her meds on the way home. The pharmacist was amazing. Very calm, patient, and understanding, giving good advice, both on the phone and in person, even though we arrived with only about 15mins before closing time. A credit to his profession.

Absolutely poor service! The woman on the counter was friendly and helpful but the pharmacist was rude, he didn't care who was around while he was waving the medicine around that I was enquiring about... His people skills were severely lacking... Which is an important thing to be missing when your job is dealing with people!

Great service for flu jab. Booked online and with no fuss received the jab in-store. Pharmacist was friendly and professional. Assistant spotted me waiting for pharmacist to finish with a customer and took payment to make the whole process quick.

Every time I try to ring they never answer and it hangs up. If I ever do get through there just rude. The one star is lucky. Absolute rubbish. Don’t get your prescriptions from here.
