TUI Holiday Store

Booked a family holiday through Emma at TUI CastleCourt. Lovely Scottish girl who made my booking experience so easy and stress free. Emma was amazing at finding something that suited our budget along with ensuring my teenage daughter would have plenty to do at the resort. Fabulous experience and would recommend Emma 100%. Will use again in the near future.

From the moment I contacted the storeCaroline made made booking my holiday a very personal experience. When I went to the store Caroline shared her own experiences and knowledge made it very easy for me to make my choice. I received excellent customer service and all the team in the store were very friendly.

Just booked a cruise with Courtney in TUI. Best thing we’ve decided to do the ladies were so helpful as we’ve never done a cruise before so we needed all the help we could get. Fantastic travels company to book with and staff are great help for anything you need. I went in this TUI store yesterday to look for something new and different for a hoilday and I was giving loads of options and been suggested to do a cruise and stay as a first time cruise hoilday. When I looked at the all inclusive package involved for a cruise and hotel ontop with the cruise, l couldn’t wait to booked it. So, I have went back in today and booked the 14nights stay and cruise all inclusive package for summer 24. Totally recommend to anyone who are looking to do all inclusive or an first time cruise, to book with this TUI store.

Just booked a holiday (Cruise & Beach) with the TUI store in Castlecourt Shopping Centre. We booked with Caroline, she was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about holiday destinations and resorts.We would definitely book another holiday with this TUI store again.

The Tui Castlecourt team of girls are absolutely fabulous and professional in helping anyone book holidays. Julie is our go to for booking. She’s extremely knowledgeable regarding all tui product offerings.
