Karen is an excellent meditation tutor. Me and 4 of my family members attended the course and it has changed our lives. Karen explained the course very well and was very engaging. All of us agree that we are able to deal with everyday pressures, feel more happier in our lives and transcendental meditation is now a part of our everyday life. I recently completed 4 days of TM training and have just been for my 10 day check with Karen. The whole experience has far exceeded any expectation that I had of either TM itself or the initial learning experience. I know without any doubt that this is something I will continue with.
