Lizzie was brilliant from the moment I contacted her to do some curtains for our caravan holiday home local to her at Devon Cliffs. Lizzie was able to do the pelmets above our curtains and take up some other curtains on the doors. Would highly recommend her for her skill, knowledge and expertise. We bought our curtains from Swathed and our customer experience from start to finish has been exceptional! Lizzie was incredibly helpful in helping us chose the fabric and track and kept me fully informed via email as to the status of our order. They even fitted them on a Friday evening, demonstrating again that their focus was on the customer. Lizzie came back a week later to steam iron the curtains to both hers and our satisfaction as when she received our photos, she wasn’t happy as to how they were hanging! Lizzie made us some beautiful bedroom curtains which are very high quality and fit perfectly. She was easy to communicate with, quick to respond and made them much faster than we had expected. It was a very professional service and we wouldn't hesitate to use her again or to recommend her.

We moved in with no proper curtains, phoned Lizzie, explained our plight and could we have 5 sets made by tomorrow! She came and fixed what we had, and loaned us curtains for the lounge while making the rest. Her turn round time was excellent and the we are delighted with the end products. Lizzie is very professional and very good at doing a job she clearly loves.

Beautiful curtains for a large living room window. We were in a quandary unable to work out what would work best for our living room curtains, as they were a major feature of the room. Lizzie gave generously of her time to go through loads of swatches with us. We had sent her photos of the room, and she came with some ideas. Inevitably, her first suggestion was the perfect solution, but she spent about an hour here going through ideas. There was a hold-up in the fabric availability but Lizzie kept us informed throughout. In herself, LIzzie is professional, charming and genuinely enthusiastic about her trade. It was a pleasure working with her and we have no hesitation in recommending her.
