A small family run business which supply pet foods for reptiles and cats, they have a decent variety of reptiles, aquarium fish, salamanders, spiders and snakes, they also sell accessories like aquariums at a very reasonable price.

I brought my daughter a hamster at Christmas, honestly it's the most gentle hamster we've had.I highly recommend pet Emporium!Friendly helpful staff.

Used these twice now. Won't be bitten a 3rd time. The quality of there inverts is shocking. The last one I brought was so dehydrated it drank from my finger, another died 48 hrs after buying. When I told the shop, I got told well we had had it for weeks and it was ok, it must be something you did. Lies as they ordered it in for me, and I collected within 48hrs.I have 20 years exp in keeping inverts, do not use these they have no idea how to look after them, and what's worse, they don't seam to care.

Fantastic service here today. The lady was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. She took the time to explain the various pets to my daughter and also answered all my questions too.So very glad I decided to stop here rather than going to a large chain store. Will absolutely visit again.

Very helpful staff.

This shop has been here as long as I can remember and I have been visiting it for that long. They sell absolutely everything you could possibly need for your pet, no matter how exotic it is. They also sell a wide range of animals. From giant land snails and tortoises to kittens and birds. The biggest problem with this place is that it's too small so if a lot of customer's go in at once it takes ages to get served. Apart from that small inconvenience I've had no problems with this place. Have bought animal feed from here for years. Never a problem with it.

My experience of the shop is the staff are always kind, caring and friendly and have taken the time out while my son did Work Experience here. He absolutely loves the shop and wants to work here when he has finished college. Their knowledge of pets is outstanding and they have an amazing amount of stock I have purchased a budgie from here she is an amazing little bird and the shop is the best place around to get a budgie from compared to other places where I have got budgies from in the past, also their quality of wax worms for my gecko scuttle is excellent - big fat, juicy ones scuttle much prefers theres to other pet shops a totally brilliant shop I would recommend it to anyone

The people here are very friendly polite and extremely helpful. The lady was very kind to my grandson and she was able to answer all of his questions about budgies (he has ADHD and ASD and believe me when I say that he had loads of questions lol!!!) I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a pet. They also have a large selection of foods, toys and other necessities for pets of all kinds.
