We are sorry to hear that you thought we were rude to you. We have not refused to refund the money for the boxes of tiles you over ordered. You asked us to get the extra tiles in from our stockist immediately which caused us to pay a further £40 for next day delivery. We did not charge you for this. All we have said to you is that we will refund you the money less the £40 (special delivery charge) as this charge is solely for the immediate delivery you insisted on.

Great range of tiles and 2 very nice knowledgeable salesmen , but their attitude soon changed when i over calculated the number of boxes i needed .They became very un helpful and rude and would under no circumstances would refund my money , please be aware of this if you use this shop

Great selection of tiles and priced to your budget. Bought a pallet full of split face for the ext front porch of the house, and went back to buy 3 boxes of different colour ones to change our kitchen splashback areas as liked the finish so much. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Would recommend to anyone.

Really good service - very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have a really extensive range - loads of choice. Even gave us samples to take home to check colours...! Returns were not a problem either.
