We worked with Colin on the refurbishment of part of our dental practice, converting the newly acquired upper floor and partial ground floor into TCO/CBCT scanner room, staff room and office space. Colin was very approachable, friendly and always happy to answer questions. He worked tirelessly with a building control officer who made things very difficult for the build, and really helped us to get where we wanted to in the end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Colin and Bruach Design to anyone looking for an architect for their project.

We are delighted with the work Bruach did for us on the extension & remodelling of the interior of our house! Colin took the moans we had about our house and designed a flexible solution that worked for the whole family. Colin helped us pull together plans to overhaul our Mews Cottage. The works included removing paint and render from the facade of a listed stone building, replacement windows, insulation, roof and gutter works. Excellent service, great ideas and smooth handling of the whole project including listed planning permission and building warrants.

Fantastic service from Louise at bruach. Was enthusiastic about our extension from the first time we met her, provided lots of options and gave us ideas on ways to alter the design. When we came across issues during planning, Louise went the extra mile to deal with them and make the process as stress free for us as possible. Would happily recommend bruach to anyone!
