I have known Justin for a number of years but when I was made redundant in January, he was one of my first port of calls! From the initial call, Justin made me feel at ease, explaining the current market and asking what I was looking for and the kind of company that would be off interest to me, so he could gain a better understanding of the roles that would be worth putting to me! Meeting for coffee was helpful and gave us a chance to discuss and prep for interviews!Luckily Justin managed to secure me an interview within a few days and he kept in constant contact before, during and after the process which made the process seamless! Within 3 weeks of being made redundant I succeeded in securing a role which was exactly what I wanted! 5 months on and I’m loving my new role! Justin and Sam both followed up after my start date to check everything was ok!I couldn’t recommend these guys at Big Sky enough! My experience of recruitment agencies over my 25 year (and counting) finance career has been mixed, as both a candidate and recruiter.
